Mission Statement
We at B'Nai Yahshua Synagogue in Etowah Tennessee have been given the desire of The Heavenly Father in our hearts to take part in rebuilding the Tabernacle of Dawid as spoken of by the Prophets of Truth. This restoration involves first tearing down pagan customs and the commandments of men in our personal lives. Only then will we see the intent of scripture truths thus using equal weights and measures for both the house of Yahuda and the house of Ephriam. During the Davidic kingdom all twelve tribes and their companions from the ends of the earth praised and walked upright before Yahweh the Elohim of Yisrael. Attendance was the norm at Yahweh's moadim (feasts), where prayer and praise was offered up in Yah's Name.
We find this being restored in the Brit Chadasha when the people where gathered faithfully, the Ruach HaKodesh was poured out on the Moed of Shavout! His Name was restored! The covenant was renewed and hearts were circumcised by the working of Yahweh through His Ruach. This was the fulfilling of prophecy in Jeremiah 31:31. We are thankful for the patience of our Heavenly Father who has put up with our ignorance and rebellion as long as He has. He is longsuffering and patient for His beloved Yisrael's sake.
Trusting in Yahshua's atoning work and reconciling both gentile and jew into one renewed man (Yisrael) is our goal. It is our desire to restore and reconcile Yahweh's children by understanding and being able to reveal the Hebraic roots of our faith.
This is the time of teshuvah (repentance, to turn from transgressing) and to embrace the Torah of life. After nearly two thousand years of the apostasy that Shaul (Paul) prophesied would happen after his death, we find ourselves being weighed in the balances of Yahweh's justice scales. Though we have carried the testimony of Yahshua to a certain degree on the Christian side of the coin; we have forsaken the use of the only Name where by we must be saved and a major part of the Torah's instructions which teach us to be a set apart nation, a royal priesthood and a peculiar people! Yahweh is a Merciful Elohim! On the other side of the coin, Judaism to a certain degree has been zealous over the Torah's instruction, but refuses to use His Name thereby bringing it to nothing. Yahuda rejects The Lamb of Yahweh; Yahshua, which is our only access to the Heavenly Father. Yahweh is a Merciful Elohim!
Yahweh is revealing His heart to us to facilitate in this rebuilding project which has been prophesied by the prophets as well as the emissaries of Yahshua. We are removing the piles of rubbish in our own house so we can help remove the dust from our brother's house. We see the need for further education in proper scripture study. That we might have a good understanding of our Heavenly Father's desire for our lives. Yahweh willing, we would like to see a yeshiva (a set apart place to study) built in the Etowah area for His Name's sake and for the people here because we are expecting an increase from Abba Yahweh as hungry souls come for a refreshing drink! We are enjoying the opportunity we have to teach and be taught in a loving mishpacha (family). We also have a vision because of our central location between 4 major airports (Knoxville, Nashville, Atlanta, & Chattanooga) that we can partake in AliYah for brothers and sisters awaiting return to the kodesh land (Yisrael).
We would like to invite you to take part in this rebuilding of the Kingdom of Elohim. We do welcome those that come in shalom to our assembly.
We understand also you may not be able to attend for some reason beyond your capability. The good news is you can start where you are at, turn around if you've been following rebellious teachings and the imaginations of your mind. Turn to Yahshua who taught His Heavenly Father's Word! Pray you find true teachers who trust in Yahshua's atoning blood and love His commandments.
To those who may have been fighting the good fight of faith for years, be encouraged for Yahweh has Prophets in reserve that has not bowed their knee to baal! If He is able to keep them; He will keep you also! HalleluYah! We want to thank all those that have contributed time and money to the ministry throughout the years. If the Father puts it in your heart to help financially, it would be greatly appreciated and Yahweh's gifts will be handled wisely, knowing we will give an account in that Day. We have a market place on our web site with which we hope to generate income for the work of the ministry.
Shalom to all those that walk according to The Word of Yahweh. Who trust in the atoning work of Yahshua, let us continue in His commandments and study to show ourselves approved unto Him rightly dividing the Word of Truth. Looking to Yahshua who called us out of darkness into His marvelous Light, for He is able to keep all that we put in His care.
